This pumpkin bread is moist, healthy and seriously delicious! It's also easy to customize. Recipe makes two large loaves -- perfect for a Sunday brunch, party, or holiday gift.
Ingredients:
Organic All-Purpose Flour
Organic Whole Wheat Flour
Baking Soda
Sea Salt
Cinnamon
Pumpkin Spice
Organic Cage-Free Eggs
Organic Pumpkin Puree
Canola Oil
Water
Vanilla
Organic Cane Sugar
STEP 1: Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.
STEP 2: Spray or rub a light coating of canola oil onto (2) 7x3 loaf pans.
STEP 3: In a Large Bowl -- Combine Dry Ingredients
2 Cups -- Organic All-Purpose Flour. (TIP: Spoon flour into measuring cup)
1 1/2 Cups -- Organic Whole Wheat Flour
2 Tsps -- Baking Soda
1 1/2 -- Tsp Sea Salt
1 1/2 -- Tsps. Cinnamon
1 Tsp -- Pumpkin Spice
STEP 4: In a Second Large Bowl -- Throughly Mix Wet Ingredients
4 — Organic Cage-Free Eggs. Whisk.
2 1/2 Cups --- Organic Cane Sugar
2 Tsps --- Vanilla
1 (15 oz.) Can -- Organic Pumpkin Puree
1 Cup -- Canola Oil
2/3 Cup --- Water
STEP 5: Pour into the greased loaf pans. Fill loaf pans to 3/4 high.
STEP 6: Bake at 350 degrees for approx 55-65 minutes.
STEP 7: At 55 minutes -- start testing your bread with a clean toothpick. Continue testing every 3 minutes thereafter until toothpick is clean. Remove from oven, then cool on a rack for 10 minutes.
